Returns and Store Credit:

We currently do not accept returns for refund. However, we do offer store credit for the full amount charged for the returned item. This store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for store credit, the return must meet the following criteria:

• The return must be initiated via email through our Contact Us page within 7 days of the delivery of your product.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• We do not accept returns for stickers.

Return Process:

To initiate a return and request store credit, please follow these steps:

• Select the appropriate subject, and provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.
• Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
• The customer support team will attempt to exchange the item for you begin initiating a return for store credit.
• Once the return is approved, ship the product back to the address provided by our customer support team.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Store Credit Issuance:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue store credit for the full amount charged for the product. The store credit will be sent to the email address associated with the original order.
