About Pretty Contraband
Pretty Contraband was a phrase coined by A. Rohn Clay in a trap house outside of Atlanta in 2013. It was used as a hashtag accompanying photos of the trap culture in and around Atlanta at first, even though A. Rohn always knew in the back of his head it would be a dope brand name. Some time later after moving out of Atlanta and to Las Vegas, growing a bit and having a family, A. Rohn Clay began the process of turning Pretty Contraband from just a hashtag on instagram into a legitimate business.
A. Rohn began work on logos, designs, and a website that finally went live in 2017. A. Rohn began asking the people around him what they thought and even though reception seemed to be good, sales weren't there. After a few years and moving back across the country, The project slowly began to fall to the side. However a bump of sales seemingly out of nowhere in 2023 re-sparked the vision, and Pretty Contraband began inspiring underground fashion at an overwhelming rate.
Ever since Pretty Contraband has kept the underground hip-hop culture scene on the East coast looking fresh and unique. Pretty Contraband began going global on January 1st, 2024 and aren't planning on looking back!
